A lot of changes are coming and while we are at it, please feel free to contact us in case of any feedback. Our blog and courses website would be unavailable for sometime.
We hope you enjoy shopping on CraftAdda as much we enjoyed building the new platform for you 🙂

Cash on Delivery

What Is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay with cash at the time of delivery of your art and craft supplies. If you don’t have a credit card or an online mode of payment, you can still buy your favourite items online by making payments at the time of delivery A lot of our patrons are women and the elderly who are more comfortable using cash, we have enabled Cash on Delivery payments to help them out.

What Cash on Delivery is NOT!

Cash on Delivery is NOT a way to test out the products when they’re delivered. Our team puts a lot of effort while uploading products on our website www.hndmd.com. This includes things like dimensions, videos, product photos, etc. If you have any questions before purchasing, please feel free to contact us. We’d be happy to help you out.

This is also NOT a way to push your urgent delivery requests. If you’re not sure whether your items can be delivered by a specific date, please get in touch with our customer service team. They would be able to help.

What if I do not accept my Cash on Delivery Order?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for convenience to our patrons who are more comfortable paying in cash. When we ship products to our customers, we pay our couriers and delivery partners for the services they provide us. They again charge us for the shipping costs when the shipments return back to us because they weren’t accepted by the customer.

If a Cash on Delivery order is returned/rejected at the time of delivery for any reason, then the Cash on Delivery payment option would be blocked from your account and it wouldn’t be reversed in any case. After that only prepaid methods would be available for you to purchase from our store. So, we highly suggest you keep cash handy at the time of delivery. In case a bulky order with high shipping charge is returned, then amount charged by the courier for forward and return shipping would be levied to your account as negative store credit and the same would be automatically charged from your next prepaid order.
